The Lithos Syrah is 100% pure Shiraz, showing true cool climate characteristics of white pepper, cloves and dark chocolate on the nose which carries through to the palate with hints of darks berries appearing.

After Fermentation it spent 16 months in French oak, of which 40% was 1st fill, to gain complexity and a full, round finish. Expect to be rewarded from cellaring.
